Responsibilities:

• Preparing executive correspondence, meeting/read-ahead preparation, records management.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7-10 years of executive-office, action officer, program coordination, or headquarters staff experience required.
• 2 years’ experience supporting DoD or Federal leadership is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in executive correspondence, task and suspense management, meeting/read-ahead preparation, records, and MS Office collaboration tools.
• Pentagon or Service headquarters experience is desired.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
