Safeguards organization by ensuring legal and policy adherence, managing employee relations, administering compensation & benefits, and producing HR reporting. Anchors risk mitigation and fair practices.

• HRIS Usage: Utilize HRIS for recruiting workflows, onboarding, performance cycles, and analytics dashboards; collaborate with Compliance HR Manager for data integrity and process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in HR or related field; Master’s or JD a plus
• 7–10 years HR experience with ER investigations and compliance
• Deep knowledge of California labor & employment law
• HR certifications preferred

Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
