Pay range: $27.05 - $29.69

- Support recruitment and onboarding efforts:
- Schedule interviews and intake meetings
- Enter data into Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with internal partners to extend job offers
- Communicate status updates to applicants - Schedule and deliver tests for safety sensitive positions and process drug and alcohol program documents
- Present at information sessions and other assigned meetings
- Manage and monitor contingencies like background checks, driving records, references, drug and alcohol requirements, etc.
- Acts as a panelist for candidate interviews
- Administers candidate assessment process, including acting as liaison with vendor, communicating results to individuals and managing tracking and reporting requirements.
- Maintain department files and process personnel records that are confidential and sensitive in nature. Processing various other HR related programs. Making information packets.
- Provide customer service to employees, candidates, and the general public. Reply to any HR-related inquiries in a timely, professional, and welcoming manner. Answering phones and emails.
- 2 years of administrative, recruiting, scheduling, or human resources experience.
- 2 years of experience handling sensitive, confidential, or privileged information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing deadlines and business needs.
- Strong organizational, data management, and recordkeeping skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of general office procedures, business etiquette, and customer service principles.
- Understanding of proper procedures for handling confidential documents and records.
- Experience fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace environment.
- 1 year of experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or supporting full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience with iCIMS, PeopleSoft, or similar ATS/HRIS platforms.
- Experience hosting Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings, including breakout rooms and presentations.
- Experience presenting information to diverse audiences.
