Job Title: Salesforce Administrator & Developer 14 years Exp
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration
- Experience in designing, building, and deploying custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow rules
- Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow
- Experience managing user profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing settings to ensure data security and access control
- Experience creating and optimizing reports and dashboards to provide actionable business insights
- Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and the ability to recommend and integrate third-party solutions
- Experience in Salesforce data management best practices, including data loading, cleansing, and de-duplication
- Experience with Salesforce release cycles and the ability to adapt solutions to new features and functionalities
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC) for custom development
- Experience with SOQL and SOSL for data querying
