Responsibilities:• Design UI/UX to enable high user adoption of the final software product• Collaborate with users to identify design improvements to reduce engineering effort of our new application• Work with the software engineering teams to plan/scope work to be non-interfering with fast pace project milestonesBasic Qualifications for UI/UX Engineer:• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 8 years of experience• Working knowledge in one of the following languages: C , Winforms• Experience in developing UI/UX interfaces with legacy applications• Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.• This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen.Preferred Qualifications for UI/UX Engineer:• Experienced software developer that can support additional backend software development tasks in addition to UI/UX updates• Experience developing WinForms applications and supported complex legacy software suites• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast paced team• Utilized Atlassian software suite• Experience working within an agile scrum frameworkCompany DescriptionWith almost four decades of experience as a proven industry leader, Acro continues to be consistently recognized among the Best & Brightest Companies to Work for in the United States.
