Key Responsibilities:
- Support residents with day-to-day needs and safety
- De-escalate conflicts and provide crisis intervention
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience working with homeless or vulnerable populations
- Strong communication and crisis management skills
- Basic computer skills (HMIS knowledge a plus)
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s in Human Services preferred
