Job Summary
Responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems that support semiconductor manufacturing operations. Ensures high equipment uptime, safety compliance, and reliable operation of utilities, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and cleanroom support systems. Responsibilities generally include preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, vendor coordination, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and utility systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, vacuum, and chilled water systems.
- Monitor building management systems (BMS) and facility alarms.
- Support cleanroom environmental control systems and maintain required operating conditions.
- Conduct inspections of facility equipment and infrastructure.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers during maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and semiconductor industry standards.
- Assist with facility improvement projects, equipment installations, and upgrades.
- Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
