Job Description:
We’re seeking a reliable, customer-focused technician to support our Stormwater & Wastewater Management operations. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to residents, businesses, and partner agencies while coordinating responses to sanitary sewer and stormwater maintenance requests and emergencies.
Key responsibilities include answering and triaging calls/emails, creating and updating service requests in our asset management system, and using GIS tools to research utility infrastructure. You will monitor pump station alarms, dispatch field crews, document all communications, and support environmental compliance reporting.
Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED
• 1 year of engineering technical support or related experience
Preferred:
• Knowledge of wastewater/stormwater systems
• Experience with GIS, asset management systems, utility operations, or field crew support is preferred.
Salary : $18 - $19
