Job Title: Accounting Analyst IILocation : RemoteDuration: 03 Months with possible extensionPay Range: $28-$30/hr Job DescriptionGeneral SummaryIn this role, you'll wear multiple hats: part assistant to the system administrator, part data review/corrections, and part recovery specialist. You’ll have the opportunity to own key tools and processes that drive real financial results for the company — all while collaborating with a passionate, solutions-driven team.As the assistant to the system administrator and other members of the team:• Supplement admin by creating tasks for users to complete.• Pull reporting to find and log errors.• Review requested changes from trade management team and complete in deduction management tool.• Other tasks to be assigned as needed by team.Your role in recovering Partner Brand deductions will drive financial impact:• Own the investigation and recovery process for partner branded deductions taken by our customers for product delivered by our independent distribution partners.• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, sales, and operations to validate claims, correct discrepancies, and recover funds with clarity and confidence.• Contribute directly to protecting revenue and strengthening partner accountability. Primary Responsibilities1 70% Act as the assistant to the contact for system issues, enhancements, and troubleshooting, including coordination with High Radius support. Manage system configuration settings, including business rules, workflows, and custom fields. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve or escalate issues.2 30% Partner with internal stakeholders to consolidate support and coordinate efforts to recover funds from Partner Brands. Minimum RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree preferredLength of Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in deductions management, AR operations, or finance systems.
