Key Responsibilities
•Plan and execute Environmental and EMI Qualification tests on Avionics products
•Prepare test reports for regulatory compliance
•Assist in product certification for customer & regulatory (e.g., FAA) acceptance
•Communicate non-compliance incidents to pertinent parties
•Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment
YOU MUST HAVE
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering •6 years experience in Hardware/Product Engineering •Experience in Environmental and/or EMI testing for avionics product qualification WE VALUE •Familiarity with Prod
Qualification guidance standards (DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, etc.) •Basic knowledge of electronic display principles •Basic knowledge of hardware engineering standards and specifications •Experience with Hardware Verification testing •Experience with optical testing/evaluation instrumentation for electronic display characterization •Application of basic engineering techniques to optimize design of products, parts, systems or processes •Clear and concise communications
