Job Title - Software Engineer

Location - Abbott Park, IL 60064 (Remote)

Shift Timings - 9AM to 4PM

Job responsibilities:-

• Administer and support Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) at an enterprise level.
• Manage and troubleshoot AWS-based environments.
• Administer identity and access systems such as JumpCloud, Okta, or Active Directory.
• Resolve tickets through JIRA Service Management and support end-users and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Slack, Teams, and other tools.
• Support ~40 internal platforms with configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Handle ad hoc technical requests, platform issues, and system improvements.
• Contribute to a highly collaborative, fast-paced engineering environment.

Required Qualifications

• Atlassian tools: JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, C , STL
• AWS (Amazon Web Services)
• JumpCloud (or similar: Okta, Active Directory)
• Programming experience (any language)
• Ticket management systems (JIRA Service Management)
• Familiarity with enterprise-level Atlassian administration
• Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Slack, Teams
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Team-oriented and proactive communicator
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
• Adaptability for ad hoc and special projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming experience in any language.
• Experience with enterprise-level Atlassian administration.
• Familiarity with healthcare/medical environments (not required).
