Job Title: Scheduler
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89118
Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Employment Type: 6 Months Contract on W2
Summary: You will be responsible for booking and schedule all State required testing with AIA’s and company customers.
Responsibilities
- Tracking NOV’s (notice of violations) on spreadsheet
- Communication with customers on progress of NOV
- Utilizes the State database (TCE) to keep our records current
- Assists with scheduling NOV repairs with mechanics and superintendent
- Assist with payroll entry
- Acts as backup for Service Coordinator
- Attends and participates in weekly operation/repair meetings
- Works with consultants by providing reports as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
- Requires at least 3 years relevant work experience Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
- Skill in using computer and standard application software (Office 365) Outlook, Word, Excel
- Skill in using Smart sheets
- Skill in using common office machinery and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
Education Preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Salary : $22 - $23
