- Use systems like SAP to manage work orders and resource planning
- Support forecasting and workload planning using data and reports
- Communicate schedule updates to stakeholders regularly

- Experience in scheduling, planning, or operations (utilities preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good understanding of resource planning and workload balancing
- Proficiency in Excel; SAP or similar systems is a plus
