Schedule : Mon-Fri : 8:00AM-5:00PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Maintenance Technician to handle plastic injection mold maintenance and support automated assembly machines. The role involves basic troubleshooting, machine operation, and ensuring smooth production in a cleanroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance of injection molds (cleaning, assembly, repair)
• Operate and monitor assembly machines
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and machine issues
• Conduct visual quality inspections
• Use basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
• Maintain documentation and shop cleanliness

Requirements

• High School Diploma / ITI / Diploma
• 1–3 years experience in mold maintenance, machine operation, or similar role (preferred)
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read drawings and use hand tools
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 20–50 lbs
• Able to stand for long hours
