Duration: 12 months
Shift-1st 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, M-F
Job Summary
Join our Controlled Environments Team and help support cutting-edge agricultural research in a 4-acre greenhouse facility. This hands-on role involves plant care, seeding, pollination, harvesting, seed processing, data collection, greenhouse sanitation, and maintaining accurate plant and seed records.
What You'll Do:
· Care for greenhouse plants (watering, transplanting, harvesting)
· Process and handle seeds for corn, soybean, wheat, and other crops
· Assist with research trials and data collection
· Operate threshing equipment following safety protocols
· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized greenhouse environment
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma/GED required
· Agriculture, Biology, Horticulture, or related experience preferred
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
· Comfortable working in a warm, humid greenhouse environment
· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
