Responsibilities:
- Provides technical consultative advice, insight, and direction to customers.
- Assist clients with targeted claim reporting.
- Act as liaison between Client, carrier and involved business partners.
- Conduct and/or coordinate claim reviews as established by Service Teams and Claims.
- Develop, implement, and monitor customized Claim Service Plans as required.
- Provide contract interpretation and analysis as it relates to available coverages.
- Assist with Client claim issues, concerns and problem.
- Develop and/or facilitate customized internal/external training programs.
- Provide technical/service training to internal and external customers.
- Assesses and answers inquiries regarding claim adjudication.
Requirements:
- Exercises considerable judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action and/or advice on the clients behalf.
- Required to have the necessary insurance license(s).
- Must possess a current Texas claims adjuster license.
- TX P&C License is a plus!
