Who we’re looking for: We’re searching for an Office Clerk who will keep things rolling along in our mailroom by processing important, time-sensitive financial and insurance documents. To succeed, you’ll be super organized, have an eagle eye for details and be up for new challenges as our business evolves.
Compensation: The minimum hourly pay rate for this position is $20.
Expected hours: 18 hours per week

- Scan and prepare financial and insurance policy documents
- Receive and sort mail
- Prepare, process and ship outgoing mail
- Oversee folding machine for bulk mail
- Make daily mail runs to the post office
- Other office duties as needed
- A minimum of one year in customer service
- A driver’s license
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Hardworking, diligent and positive
- Are self-reliant, motivated, detail-oriented and a team player
- Aren’t afraid to prioritize your tasks on your own
- Known for your good common sense and sound judgement
- Experienced in property and casualty insurance a plus
- Free snacks and drinks
- A pet-friendly office
