- Assist in processing claims payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and verify payment documentation, including invoices, remittance advice, and supporting claim materials.
- Monitor payment schedules and follow up on pending disbursements.
- Support reconciliation of payment records with internal systems and external vendors.
- Maintain organized records of disbursement activities for audit and reporting purposes.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding payment status and documentation.
- Collaborate with finance, claims, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in generating routine reports and summaries for management review.
- Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to claims disbursement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, finance, or claims processing.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with claims management or financial systems.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in insurance or healthcare settings.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
