This position will assist senior account managers with the assigned book of business, renewal process, preparation of proposals and account summaries, enter client activity in the agency system.

Hourly: $19 - $20

Responsibilities
- Renewal process, preparation of proposals and account summaries, data entry of client activity in the agency system.
- Exercise judgment and discretion in important matters.
- Meet with clients as needed.
- Receive and responds to all calls, faxes, emails and mail in a timely manner.
- Organize and prioritize workflow. Process certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items; verify accuracy and forward to the client with appropriate correspondence.

- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, required.
