About this Job

We are pleased to be accepting applications for the very exciting Account Manager position to provide on-site leadership for the contemporary and elevated new Limelight Mammoth Hotel in Mammoth Lakes, CA. This position leads both guest experience by being the first impression of the hotel and also leads our service team as a coach and exemplar in providing genuine care and warm-hearted hospitality with high performance and safety standards. The Account Manager truly sets the tone for guests and team members alike at this world-class skiing and outdoor mountain destination. Starting pay of $26/ hr. plus cash tips.

  • You create memories with every guest, personalize their stay and go above and beyond to exceed their expectations. You are genuine and authentic, bringing your own experience and unique perspective to the table as you help craft each guest experience.
  • You work closely with our client to ensure proper team coverage to accommodate both business levels and budget without sacrificing guest experience.
  • You work closely with our HR coordinator to ensure the hiring pipeline is providing the right amount of team members at the right times to support your operation. You take ownership of your team dynamic and always steer the culture on your team that mimics Signature Parking company culture and that of good humans.
  • You meet and exceed all of the service standards outlined by the company, become familiar with company policy and help ensure compliance with your team through daily coaching.
  • You follow established systems, procedures and policies to ensure a safe and secure work environment and an organized and efficient workplace.
  • You maintain a clean, spotless work area and take pride in your work place.

In addition to the Account Manager role, we are currently hiring for multiple positions in preparation for our December opening We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated team members to start in October and November for the following employment types:

  • Full-Time, Year-Round

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Valet Parking management experience is highly preferred but not required.
  • Ability to seek improvement and create an environment of idea sharing and creative problem solving.
  • Capable of handling employee conflict, following grievance procedures, mediating and conflict resolution.
  • Strong customer service skills and abilities.
  • Ability to be approachable and facilitate coaching conversations with employees and managers.
  • Ability to mitigate and lead others to overcome challenges
  • Ability to encourage open expression of ideas and opinions.
  • Excellent team building and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and standard business practices.
  • Demonstrates a sense of urgency and timeliness.

Requirements

All candidates for the Valet Parking Account Manager position should have:

  • 1 years of customer service for an elevated or high touch environment.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission is highly desirable.
  • 1 years in Management or Supervisory role is highly desirable.
  • 2 years of previous experience working in valet environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience leading or coaching a group of 10 individuals.
  • Previous experience working in high-stress situations with tight deadlines/high customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Have a valid California Driver License with proof of insurance, good driving record
  • Well groomed and Professional Appearance
