Summary
The Sr. Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This position partners closely with senior leadership to develop integrated financial models, deliver actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role is responsible for building scalable forecasting frameworks, analyzing business performance, and enhancing reporting capabilities to improve visibility into key financial and operational metrics. Operating in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment, this individual will help align financial outcomes with strategic objectives and contribute to long-term value creation.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning (LRP) across all business units, aligning financial targets with business strategy and market conditions.
- Build and maintain comprehensive 5-year financial forecast models, including integrated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow projections.
- Perform detailed variance analysis and financial storytelling, identifying key drivers of performance across volume, pricing, cost, and mix, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Build and maintain headcount and expense models, including capacity planning, hiring forecasts, and operating expense management to ensure alignment with growth targets.
- Support executive-level decision making through ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, and ROI evaluation.
- Design and automate data-driven reporting and dashboards (Excel, SQL, Tableau/Power BI) to track financial and operational performance, improving decision-making speed and transparency.
- Partner closely with Operational FP&A, Accounting, Capital Markets and Treasury to ensure financial alignment and data integrity.
- Prepare high-quality quarterly board presentations, including financial results, forecasts, KPI trends, and strategic insights.
- Deliver clear, timely monthly and weekly financial reporting packages to the private equity owner.

- Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis within a dynamic, data-driven environment.
- Solid understanding of unit economics, pricing strategy, and profitability drivers; experience in lending or mortgage products is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; strong working knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is required.
- Experience building automated reporting and scalable analytics frameworks across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
- Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, PE-backed environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; finance or business concentration strongly preferred.
- 4–7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
- Prior experience within mortgage banking, consumer lending, financial services, or a private-equity–backed environment preferred.
