Summary
This position is responsible for managing a pipeline of loans and train all clients on Acra Lending products and guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain productive relationships with mortgage lenders
Train clients on all facets of Acra products and underwriting guidelines
Originate and review loans with internal partners to move loan originations from submissions to purchased loans
Communicate with lender clients to ensure proper and timely workflow
Return all calls and emails daily
Manage a pipeline of loans on a daily basis
Meet or exceed production goals and adhere to reporting requirements
Ensure compliance with Acra guidelines along with statutory/regulatory requirements while fulfilling continuing education requirements
Collaborate and innovate to drive continuous improvement
Handle all situations in a professional and ethical manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Ability to create and maintain high level relationships

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma
Prior correspondent mortgage experience
Experience in contacting high level secondary market or origination executives
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
