The National Accounts Manager (NAM) will lead the sales and account management efforts of product inventory for national accounts including multi-unit accounts (50-250 units), quick service restaurants, casual dining, c-stores. The NAM will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy, working with key customers and collaborate cross functionally within the organization.
We are looking for candidates residing in Texas due to location of customer accounts. This territory covers Texas, Illinois, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin.

How you will make an impact:
- Achieves sales, gross profit, and margin objectives through developing and growing new and current customer relationships within our corporate account network and with food service concepts. Mainly a hunter role that targets and successfully brings new multi-unit accounts to ACR.
- Establishes sales objectives by creating account management plans for target customers in support of corporate objectives.
- Develop sales plan including account level targets, securing base business, net new business and identifying growth opportunities in current accounts and in new accounts.
- Supports customers by recommending product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or packaging and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
- Addresses customer service issues with urgency, providing solutions, guidance and identify process improvements.
- Maintains up to date customer data in CRM, tracking and reporting calls and visits, quote pipeline open items and other product, customer service and account management details.
- Regular travel (via car, plane, etc.) throughout the U.S. is required, manages travel administrative and team budget/expenses.
Professional Requirements and Experience:
- 5 years of experience in FS packaging/disposable sales calling on and managing direct relationships with national food service chain accounts.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis and deliver monthly business reporting.
- Understanding of customer profitability management, pricing management, and forecasting customer usage.
- Experience managing large complex accounts with national footprints.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment and build relationships.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and mode of transportation with ability to meet travel requirements
