Brief Description
Account Representative is responsible for overseeing the satisfaction of customers as it pertains to all operational functions of Company. Manage a portfolio of accounts and support daily order processing, handle customer inquiries and update customer on order processing, logistic status and other key information. Account representatives are ACR’s single point of contact for processing orders for our customers, responding to inquiries and handling any issues that arise following the order from start to finish. All Account Representatives are cross trained to help and be flexible.
This is a hybrid role, consisting of 3 days on-site per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) in our Fort Worth, TX location. This role will require on-site 5 days per week during the initial training period.

How you will make an impact:
- Answer telephone in a professional and courteous manner—first line to customers
- Accurately and efficiently process and enter many types of product orders
- Respond in a timely manner to emails from sales team and customers, both external and internal
- Resolve customer issues within SLA (inquiries, returns, order status)
- Oversee accounts as assigned to ensure familiarity with customer base
- Track orders and provide customers with ETAs
- Interpret various forms of data to relay customer order trends and patterns
- Review and release internal customer web orders
- Keeping up to date with all the company’s products and procedures
- Communicate and monitor any delays to customer’s orders including backordered items
- Perform all other tasks, jobs, and or assignments as directed by Management
What you'll need to be successful:
- Experience handling customer accounts and customer relations; 1-2 years of prior customer service experience
- Computer experience including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Problem Solving skills
- Deadline orientation and ability to work with timely demands and manage multiple workload
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Detail oriented and organized
- Resolve customer issues within Service Level Agreement - SLA (inquiries, returns, order status)
- Ability to work well under pressure and keep a professional attitude
