The Customer Service Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers by managing customer purchase orders and coordinating internally with sales and supply chain teams to maintain high levels of service.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days on-site per week at our Chesterfield, MO location.

The Customer Service Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers by managing customer purchase orders and coordinating internally with sales and supply chain teams to maintain high levels of service.

How you will make an impact:
- Receive customer purchase orders and process for delivery
- Coordinate changes in customer demand/buying patterns with supply chain team in order to manage inventory
- Troubleshoot issues with delivery (e.g. missing/damaged cases, late delivery, etc.) to final resolution
- Create and update reporting to support account functions
- Coordinate product sampling for customer
- Provide administrative support for our top sales team
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, logistics, and finance
- Special projects upon request
- There will be an opportunity to attend customer shows and sales meetings (not required)
What it takes to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- 1-2 years of experience with customer data entry (MS Excel and/or MS Access)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with team members, internal stakeholders, and customers
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated
