The ideal candidate will be our clients and visitors' first point of contact, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel, taking messages as necessary, and handling inquiries efficiently
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, and data entry.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while providing excellent customer service.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient typing skills for accurate data entry and communication.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role is preferred but not required.
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be fluent in English
