The Regional Sales Manager will generate sales by calling on an established network of distributors as well as prospect for new business by calling on customers in an assigned territory.

- As a Regional Sales Manager, you will work with co-workers in a professionally collaborative, problem-solving manner that leads to greater productivity within ACR.
- Analyze customer and business inquiries and opportunities, and negotiate complementary solutions in areas of service, quality, and pricing.
- Link together or bridge different aspects of customers and marketplace to identify needs, motive, and solutions.
- Actively secure and report market and competitive information as it relates to the current activity of selling ACR products.
- Document account information as needed and attend customers occasional trade shows, meetings, and other events.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred (not required), previous work experience to be considered.
- This candidate will reside in the assigned region for the position
- A minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience in food service distributors or a relatable field. Prior job duties would have included selling a product/service to a customer/business. (B2B)
- Will maintain a home office work area.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM software preferred.
- Familiarity with PC and applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
- Requires up to 50-75% travel.
- Contract Negotiation Skills.
- Proven Track Record and Documented Sales Successes.
- Soft Skills: Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Sound Judgement, Decision Making, etc.
- Possess a Strong Business Acumen.
