This is a full-time, on-site role based in Scottsdale, AZ, for a M&A Execution Associate. The role involves conducting due diligence, performing financial modeling, analyzing market trends, and supporting private equity transactions. The associate will work closely with buyers, sellers, and consultants to manage merger and acquisition activities efficiently and contribute to successful deal execution.
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to assess market opportunities
- Expertise in Finance, including budgeting, valuation, and investment analysis
- Experience with Due Diligence processes, including data analysis and risk assessment
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling to evaluate business performance and projections
- Exposure to Private Equity principles and deal structures is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools
- Prior experience in M&A or investment banking is a plus
