A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workday specialist/consultant to join our team. The consultant will be responsible for the system implementation (including additional modules), configuration, and ongoing administration of Workday HCM and support our data, analytics and reporting requirements. This role involves working closely with various stakeholder to understand business requirements and deliver customised solutions that enhance our HR system. The role also requires strong expertise in Workday reporting, analytics, data analysis including building dashboards and additionally leveraging Excel, Power BI to derive people-related insights, themes and opportunities for improvement/action. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the implementation and configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, employee engagement and Learning modules Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, and translate them into effective customised Workday solutions Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards and analytics within Workday to meet business needs Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing and UAT (user acceptance testing), to ensure solutions meet business requirements Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Workday applications, including troubleshooting issues and performing periodic system updates and new releases Deliver training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Workday functionality Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements, and recommend new features or changes to improve system functionality Work with external vendors and partners as needed to support Workday projects and initiatives Document processes, configurations and procedures for future reference and compliance purposes Provide daily support for Workday processes and support configuration requirements for all HCM business processes. Work closely with the P&C team to troubleshoot and resolve issues Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Workday system Build and maintain Workday dashboards and other analytics to support people decision-making Utilise Workday reporting processes to generate insights, additionally utilising Excel and/or Power BI to derive more complex data insights Be willing to share knowledge and upskill our team where possible.
