What You'll Do
- Coordinate, schedule, and supervise daily on-site field activities and team workflows.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance to ensure a zero-accident workspace.
- Inspect work quality and progress regularly to verify alignment with project specifications.
- Resolve on-site operational bottlenecks, material shortages, and personnel conflicts promptly.
- Provide clear, daily progress reports and documentation to the project management team.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a field leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and OSHA standards.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for travel across Vero Beach sites.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds.
- OSHA 30-hour certification.
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
- Prior experience managing field operations specifically within the Treasure Coast region.
