Responsibilities:
The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our members and their families. They will work closely with other departments to provide a seamless experience for our members. This position will also be responsible for answering phones, answering member questions, and general office duties.
The Member Services Representative will:
·Provide a high level of customer service to current and prospective members.
·Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct calls in a prompt and efficient manner.
·Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
·Maintain office equipment in good condition.
·Follow all company policies, procedures, safety protocols, and guidelines.
·Work cooperatively with co-workers, management, and other departments.
·Work with a sense of urgency to meet or exceed expectations.
·Must have a positive attitude and be willing to go the extra mile when serving our members.
·Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour
