- Supervisory Skills, including leadership, team coordination, and task delegation
- Proficiency in handling and overseeing Heavy Equipment in construction projects
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure equipment and tools are operational
- Familiarity with Flooring relevant to construction projects
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Basic understanding of safety regulations and compliance in the construction field
- Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
