Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests courteously and take beverage orders in assigned casino areas
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and service standards
- Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
- Accurately enter orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash, credit, and comp transactions
- Monitor guest consumption and notify management or security of potential issues
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, trays, and workstations
- Comply with all Tribal, State, and Federal laws, including gaming and alcohol regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, supervisors, and casino staff
- Follow all casino policies, safety procedures, and appearance standards
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience as a cocktail server or in a similar food and beverage role preferred
- Must be at least the minimum age required to serve alcohol by Tribal and State law
- Ability to obtain and maintain required alcohol service certification (e.g., TIPS or equivalent)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Physical Requirements
