What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT Weekend Manager Storage Facility position at Acorn Mini Storage?
Self-Storage & U-Haul facility in Kissimmee, is looking for a Part-time Assistant Manager to join our team.
Schedule will be Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Hard-working individual with ability to work in a fast paced environment renting storage units and U-Haul trucks.
Keeping office clean and working closely with customers. Routinely moving U-Haul trucks and trailers, multi-task between rentals and answering phones.
Skills:
*Bi-Lingual-Spanish, is a necessity
*Previous U-Haul experience preferred*
*Must be able to lift up to 75lbs*
*Must be able to work weekends*
-Customer Service Skills; multi-tasking on the phone and in person.
-Organizational skills- good record keeping and attention to detail.
-Problem Solving- we help the customers decide what works best for them.
-Computer skills- use computer software to manage our facilities.
-Minimum 1 year Customer Service/Sales Experience
-Outgoing, energetic, customer oriented.
-High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
-Valid Drivers license with access to reliable transportation
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Renting U-Haul Trucks & equipment (including driving trucks and hooking up tow trailers)
Occasional Minor Maintenance of U-Haul trucks and trailers.
Renting and reserving Storage rooms
Collecting rent/Collection calls
Selling boxes and packing supplies
Daily Cash accounting/ Deposits
Resolving customer service issues
Monitor and maintain the storage facility
Minor facilities maintenance/ facility cleaning
Organizing and filing paperwork
**Must be willing to consent to pre-employment background check**
