What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Hand position at ACOR Restoration?
We are a service-driven insurance restoration company that believes great work starts with great people. In this role, you'll guide a rebuild crew through residential and commercial insurance restoration projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship, timely completion, and a job site culture that reflects our values. You're not just managing tasks — you're setting the tone for how we work and who we are. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday with worksite arrival being 730am. You are expected to have basic tools but we provide everything else. You need to have a reliable vehicle to get to work but there is some carpooling available from the shop in CDA to outlier jobsites. Most of our work is in Spokane.
We complete all forms of work relating to insurance reconstruction including but not limited to drywall, painting, framing, cabinetry, flooring, millwork, siding, roofing, etc.
Pay: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour
