About the role:
You will oversee day‑to‑day field operations on commercial TI and remodel projects while also managing several small repairs or service‑level jobs at the same time. Many of our projects are design‑build, and scopes often shift as client needs develop — so deliberate planning, thoughtful communication, and adaptability are essential.

Required Skills:
- 2-5 years as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and sequencing across multiple trades
- Proven ability to manage several concurrent projects
- Experience with tenant improvements, remodels, and fast‑paced environments
- Ability to read plans, interpret evolving design intent, and communicate changes clearly
- High level of organization, follow‑through, and jobsite leadership
- Comfortable working in a small company where adaptability is key
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
