We are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant for our Desert Hills store. As Sales Assistant at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with Client Advisors to deliver an outstanding in-store shopping experience, support on and off the shop floor operationally, aid in creating smooth and engaging client interactions and positive business outcomes in which your efficiency and attentiveness take center stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your main contribution will be to drive sales together with our Client Advisors in the store but also through operational back of house support. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting- edge approach to client experience. You will assist in taking care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:
Managing and executing omni channel services
Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience
Support the sales team on the shop floor by ringing clients, re-merchandising the shop floor, deliver products to the shop floor and providing hospitality
Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory

Previous experience within the retail or hospitality industry
Proven ability to work independently and with flexibility
Ability to take initiative in line with our customer experience offer
Fluent in English, which is a prerequisite for this position (and additional languages based on the market requirements)
