As a People & TA Coordinator at Acne Studios, you will support the daily operations of our People Department, reporting directly to the Head of People, North America, based in our New Yor City office. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with talent acquisition and recruitment processes, providing administrative support across various People topics and support the retail teams on People topics. - Prepare personnel documents
- Supporting in other administrative People related areas
- Craft job ads that reflect our brand and attract top talent
- Coordinate interviews and keep the recruitment process running smoothly
- Build strong talent pipelines and assist with sourcing
- Keep our People systems sharp and accurate - because details matter
- Support onboarding and People administration to make every employee feel welcome

- A true team player who communicates clearly and values strong collaboration
- Proactive with a “let’s make it happen” attitude
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, or the fashion industry is a big plus
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable with MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint are your friends)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
