Job Summary
The Assembly Operator will perform a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies used in the production of wire and cable harnesses. The Assembly Operator must possess good manual dexterity to manipulate and assemble small components, electronic pieces, wires, and cables. This position may require the use of tools such as tweezers, screwdrivers, scissors, hand cutters, semi-automatic cable cutters, jacket strippers, soldering irons, magnifying lenses, microscopes, calipers, DMM’s, crimping and terminating machines, ultrasonic welders, etc

- Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Detailed Job Description
- Assembly experience is a MUST.
- Have a high attention to detail.
- Great manual dexterity
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Perform daily duties relating to assembly as explained to you by process sheet and/or Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation on a day-to-day, job-to-job basis.
- Interact with the QA Department to maintain quality standards
- Cutting would be operating small, table-top cutting equipment
- Require the use of a pallet jack and potentially a forklift to move pallets/spools/drums of wire to & from the warehouse.
- Operator experience is a plus.
