Job Title: Product Manager/Program Manager
Location: Onsite Position - Foster City - 3 days/week
Duration: 06 Months
Description:
Hybrid between program/Project management (More) and product management (less)
Translate Business requirements and prioritise business requirement
Manage and prioritise timelines with engineering team
Looking for CRM experience, preferably Veeva
Not looking for too technical skills
Pharma background required
Some implementation knowledge
Somone coming from Business Analysis background with mix of Program management and product management experience would work.
Min 5 years of experience
Knowledge: Background and experience in product management of digital platforms Must be proficient in MS Office tools.
Specifically planning tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheets.
Must have demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects/priorities. Ideally omnichannel related.
Must have strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Working knowledge and experience with pharmaceutical markets and customers.
Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to the development and writing of use cases and user stories. Knowledge of SalesForce Marketing Cloud, SiteCore Content Management system, & Google analytics would all be beneficial.
Proven ability to interact with employees from a variety of functional areas.
Understanding of the health care system and its influence on the pharmaceutical business and products preferred.
Specific education and experience requirements: 5 years of experience.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, tech or related fields required.
Therapeutic Area knowledge preferred.
Salary : $55 - $62
