3. Position Summary
The Multimedia Designer will support the External Communications team in developing high-quality visual, digital, and multimedia content to strengthen the agency’s public communication and brand presence. This includes graphic design, social media content planning, web updates, and on-site multimedia production.
4. Key Responsibilities
A. Design & Branding
- Create brand-aligned graphics and visual assets for social media and digital platforms
- Use Adobe Creative Suite to develop professional-quality design materials
B. Content Coordination
- Develop and maintain a proactive social media content calendar
- Support distribution of external digital communications
C. Web Maintenance
- Update website content using Drupal CMS
- Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency of digital assets
D. Multimedia Production
- Capture on-site photography and videography for agency events
- Perform basic editing and optimization for web and social platforms
E. Quality Control
- Apply typography, layout, and color theory principles
- Maintain consistent and professional visual branding across all channels
5. Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in photography and videography, including basic editing
- Experience with CMS platforms (preferably Drupal) for web updates
- Experience managing social media content calendars
- Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, layout)
