Max Pay Rate: $43/hr on W2

Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM/7:00 AM start, 8.5-hr workday)

Duration: 23 Weeks (~6 Months)

Overview

Seeking an entry-level or associate Industrial Engineer / Methods Process Analyst to focus on production stability and continuous improvement across aerospace manufacturing sites in Washington State. You will analyze build processes, document time standards, eliminate non-value-added work, and apply Lean methodologies to improve safety, quality, cost, and flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze daily build schedules, process sequencing, and resource utilization on the production floor.
• Identify quality defect trends using root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop disruption recovery plans and capacity models to maintain production baselines.
• Implement Lean manufacturing practices to eliminate ergonomic risks and non-value-added steps.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to build visual metric tools.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Skills: Proficient in MS Office; strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to walk, climb stairs, and crouch while conducting shop-floor observations.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.
• Hands-on experience with Lean principles, process improvement, capacity planning, and structured problem-solving.
