Title- Human Resources Specialist
Location- Hazelwood, MO (Onsite)
Type- Contract
Duration- 12 months, possibility to extension
- Provides subject matter expertise to business partners and work group on business processes and human resource systems.
- Coordinates small scale projects with customers and business partners to resolve issues. Evaluates wide-range of complex requests for various HR user access and takes appropriate action.
- Assists team members in fact finding for internal/external HR audits.
- Maintains process documentation on HR systems application processes. Assigns and monitors KANA ticket workload within work group.
- Creates and maintains Electronic forms for HR transactions that are not available through TotalAccess self-service.
- Performs analysis on HRMS applications to resolve data discrepancies ensuring that business processes are being followed.
- Performs system testing to ensure system functionality and data integrity. Creates HRMS data error queries to audit transaction activity for errors using established work procedures.
Required:
- Workday – 2 years experience
- Preferred EIB experience (Enterprise Integration Builder is a mass update technology used in workday)
- Workday Security, Excel, and Worklife experience
