Dealer Program Coordinator (B2B / Contractor Program)

Position Overview
We are hiring a Dealer Program Coordinator to lead the development and growth of our ACiQ Dealer Program. The primary focus of this role is designing and evolving the benefits, structure, and value of the program for our dealers, making sure each tier offers compelling, competitive reasons to join, stay, and grow with ACiQ. Alongside that, the role supports the day-to-day execution that keeps the program running: managing inbound leads, supporting dealer onboarding, maintaining CRM processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for our contractor partners.
This role blends program development with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who enjoys both shaping a program and making it run.
Key Responsibilities
Program Benefits Coordinator
- Own the development and ongoing evolution of dealer program benefits across all tiers
- Research dealer needs and competitor programs to keep ACiQ's offering compelling and competitive
- Design and refine tier structures, incentives, and perks that drive dealer acquisition, retention, and growth
- Partner with sales, marketing, and leadership to align benefits with business goals and gather dealer feedback
- Help communicate and position program benefits to current and prospective dealers
Dealer Onboarding & Experience
- Support onboarding of new dealers, including forms, agreements, and initial setup
- Ensure a smooth transition from lead to approved dealer to active customer
- Assist in improving onboarding processes and documentation
Lead Management & CRM (HubSpot)
- Manage inbound dealer leads and assign them to the appropriate sales reps
- Maintain accurate data in HubSpot, including:
- • Contact records
- • Account ownership
- • Lifecycle stages
- Monitor follow-up and ensure leads are progressing through the pipeline
Program Support & Coordination
- Run the day-to-day execution of the dealer program
- Help coordinate communication between marketing, sales, and operations
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to dealer accounts
Sales & Account Support
- Partner with sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads
- Help identify opportunities to improve lead-to-dealer conversion
- Assist with resolving dealer issues or routing them to the right team
Process & Workflow Management
- Support the creation and maintenance of:
- • CRM workflows
- • Automation processes
- • Lead routing systems
- Help identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Reporting & Tracking
- Track key metrics related to dealer growth and engagement
- Assist in building reports and dashboards (HubSpot or Excel)
- Provide regular updates on program performance
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, program coordination, marketing operations, or sales support
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred, Salesforce acceptable)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience working in B2B or contractor-driven industries is a plus
- Must be able to work on-site, in office, full time in Vandalia, Ohio (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
