Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven B2B Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and campaign execution focused on the contractor/dealer channel. The B2B Marketing Manager will be tasked with increasing revenue by growing our customer base as well as improving lifetime value and overall contribution from current customers. This role will own acquisition and retention marketing strategies and campaigns across email, content, and digital channels in collaboration with the Commercial Marketing Manager and Brand Manager.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Vandalia, Ohio. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, web, social, programmatic, content, and paid support)
- Manage campaign calendars, creative timelines, and cross-team coordination
- Support product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
Demand Generation
- Drive inbound lead generation through:
- • Website forms and landing pages
- • Content marketing
- • Campaign-driven promotions
- Social media
- Programmatic
- Direct Mail
- Any other channel deemed necessary
- Partner with internal teams to scale both organic and paid growth initiatives
- Develop and execute retention and reactivation marketing campaigns designed to increase dealer engagement, encourage repeat purchases, and reactivate inactive dealer accounts
- Build targeted audience segments and lifecycle marketing programs to support dealer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement goals
Email Marketing & Automation
- Coordinate & manage email campaigns and lifecycle nurture programs using HubSpot
- Manage segmentation strategies to target different customer groups (dealers, prospects, etc.)
- Continuously test and optimize subject lines, messaging, and conversion performance
Content & Messaging
- Develop marketing content including:
- Email campaigns
- Blog articles and thought leadership
- Sales enablement materials
- Social Ads
- Programmatic Ads
- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with brand positioning and contractor value
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs
- Analyze customer behavior, engagement, and funnel performance
- Use data to inform strategy and improve ROI
- Track and report on dealer retention, reactivation, and campaign effectiveness to identify growth opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, product, creative, and operations teams to align messaging and campaigns
- Support broader business initiatives with marketing execution
Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years in B2B marketing, preferably in HVAC, construction, or contractor-driven industries
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of email marketing, lead generation, and funnel management
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing campaign performance
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Must be able to work on-site, in office, full time in Vandalia, Ohio (this is not a remote or hybrid role)
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this position
