Position Details
- Title: Accounting Clerk / Administrative Assistant
- Type: Full-Time, Regular
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Location: La Palma, Orange County
Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and assist in preparing financial reports
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative systems
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Korean – required
- At least 2 years of professional experience preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Excellent multitasking, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges
