Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Business Analyst located in Atlanta, GA. The Technical Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, providing technical support to business stakeholders, and assisting in the development and implementation of sales and business strategies. The role involves stakeholder communication, creating process documentation, supporting data-driven decisions, and delivering training to ensure the effective adoption of business solutions.
Qualifications
- Must have analytical & Technical skills with the ability to interpret data and evaluate business processes such as Observability, monitoring, in multi platform WebUI, Mobile Application *Android, IOS*.
- Must have communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Must have Technical support competency to assess, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for Dynatrace (One agent, Digital Experience for Mobile app monitoring), DQL for Trace log, and Azure APM (App Insights)
- Skills in strategy implementation and the ability to assist in driving business functionality
- Ability to conduct training sessions to ensure proper use of implemented business solutions
- Experience in business analysis, project management, and process improvement
- Knowledge of enterprise applications, data analytics, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
