Our Fairfax corporate office is excited to welcome multiple interns (full-time) for the Spring/Summer 2026 cycle. We are seeking current college students who want to earn income, build real‑world experience, and gain exposure to the fast‑paced world of government contracting, workforce development, and corporate operations.
These internships are ideal for students who are curious, motivated, and eager to learn from industry professionals. Interns will work on‑site in Fairfax and will be paired with department leads who will provide hands‑on training, mentorship, and meaningful project work.
Available Internship Roles
We are hiring interns across several departments:
- Human Resources Intern
Learn SHRM‑aligned HR fundamentals, onboarding support, compliance processes, and employee engagement tasks.
- Recruiting Intern
Gain experience in sourcing, screening, candidate outreach, pipeline management, and staffing operations.
- Writing & Communications Marketing Intern
Support content creation, drafting internal communications, editing documents, and assisting with proposals or marketing materials. Graphic design experience preferred.
