We’re looking for a reliable Inbound Call Center Assistant to join our Dallas team. What the job actually looks like:
Most of your day will be spent taking incoming calls—no cold calling involved. You’ll be answering questions, helping clients get on the schedule, and making sure their information is updated correctly in our system. It’s a straightforward role, but you’re the one who keeps the day running smoothly for everyone else.
