Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise service staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management to ensure high levels of employee engagement and productivity
- Oversee daily office operations such as sales management, inventory control, collections, and billing to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Manage purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet sales goals
- Implement effective customer service protocols to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate shift schedules, monitor sales performance, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Conduct employee orientation sessions, training & development programs, and managerial communication to foster a skilled and motivated team
- Edit and post social media content.

Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the service industry with strong supervisory skills in sales team management and operational oversight
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, sales, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in purchasing, vendor relations, and contract negotiations
- Familiarity with payroll processing, bookkeeping software, route management software, and basic math for financial accuracy
- Prior service company knowledge experience is preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
